Another Poem. About Airports.

Airport

Streams of strangers filter out of semi-plastic tubes
Exit ramp from humanities best attempt to soar
Elevated bottle nose taxi cargo bin
Shipping pounds of you and I
Across a surprisingly flat surface.

First steps in new world are timid
Then pockets buzz and purses sing
Who has come to retrieve this safely landed king?
